Audi is testing an A5 based SUV-coupè? Beware, BMW X6!

Take a look at these strange spyshots... you can see an Audi A6 sedan with higher suspension and bigger wheel archs. Well looking at the back of the car you'll notice that the exhaust pipes are the same as Audi A5 coupè.

Here at Infomotori.co.uk we think this test mule should be an early prototype of the Allroad version of Audi A5, hidden under Audi A6 skin.

This model should be a perfect rival for BMW X6, but with a different approach: BMW started from the huge SUV X5 to make something more dynamic, the crossover X6. Audi has in its line up a brand new four wheel drive coupè, Audi A5: it should be easy to rise up suspension and give a little off road look to obtain a sporty crossover.
