200hp for japanese sporty sedan

We know, here in Italy it's hard to see a compact sedan like this Honda Civic. We preffer by far hatchback versions, but in the rest of the world (North and South America, Middle East, Asia) this category is really appreciated. Anyway this Honda Civic Si for the US market looks great: sporty exterior and i-VTEC 2.0 litres engine. In Italy you can buy a Civic Sedan too but only the clean and ecologic IMA version: its hybrid engine works pretty good, but the look is not as inviting as this Civic Si version.

Let's take a closer look to this “little beast”: 18” dark alloy wheels are beautiful, perfectly fitting with Civic's look. New aerodynamic parts added in this version seem to be sporty but quite elegant at the same time. Single chromed exhaust, on the right side of the car. It's quite big and has oval shape... we are shure that the i-VTEC engine will have a very nice voice through it! In other words, the exterior tuning made by Honda is simply perfect.

The 2.0 i-VTEVC engine under this Civic's bonnet is quite similar to “European” Type-R version. Horse power is great, but the most impressive detail is the 8000 RPM rotatating regime reachable. This makes I-VTEC engines unique and similar by feeling to racing engines. All this driving pleasure will combine with a very comfortable and refined interior. The Civic Sedan offers good abitability for five passengers. The front seats are really sporty, refined in black and red.

The Civic Sedan Si will reach soon north american dealers at about 20.000 dollars, a really good price thinking about all the state-of-the-art technology present in this compact sports sedan.
