A 5.0-litre V8 of 400 and E85...
Ford Interceptor Concept
Based on Ford Mustang's structure, this new proposal from Ford is having its debut at 2007 NAIAS. Ford explains that Mustang set is not going to be increased, therefore this new four-door sedan should create e new “independent” model, even if it keeps the same sahpes of Ford Mustang.

Five meters long, 3 meters of wheelbase, this is a proper big American sedan. On the other hand, the powertrain confirms American passion for strong power: Ford Interceptor Concept will be equipped by a great 5.0-litre V8, with an output of even 400 horsepower.

Anyway, power is not all, and also American car manufacturers are getting aware about it, as they are now beginning to pay more attention about environment too. That is why also in Ford Interceptor Concept we can fine a further step towards a cleaner future, thanks to the use of B85: bioethanol. Of course there is still a lot to do to really get out of this big problem and to begin to breathe a cleaner air, but....this can be a good start point!
